Southwest Michigan Community Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to cover the SW Michigan market. You will build lasting relationships with local businesses and contribute to a community-focused institution.

You will manage a loan portfolio, analyze financial statements, collaborate with underwriting, and drive referrals through strong ties with local business owners and community groups.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the local market
• Analyze financial statements, credit histories, and cash flow projections to structure sound commercial lending solutions
• Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure loans are structured appropriately and comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, community organizations, and centers of influence to drive referrals and community engagement
