Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients in, and scheduling meetings.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
