Responsibilities

• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions and appointments.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and cultivate new ones by addressing needs.
• Assist customers with loan products and ensure packages are correct to minimize exceptions.
• Identify opportunities and refer to cross-sell banking products and services.
• Educate customers on using technology and banking tools.
