Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members at the branch.
• Understand members' financial goals and advise on GECU products.
• Open/close accounts and perform teller transactions.
• Manage a book of business to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with loan applications and underwriting preparation.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and account maintenance.
• Resolve member issues in collaboration with teammates.
