Qualifications

• Greet and assist members with courtesy and professionalism.
• Understand member needs to tailor financial solutions.
• Explain GECU products and services to meet goals.
• Build and manage a book of business achieving sales/service targets.

Responsibilities

• Open and close depository accounts in accordance with policies.
• Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately.
• Assist with loan processes including interviews and documentation as needed.
• Support branch operations and safety protocols daily.
• Resolve member issues by coordinating with internal teams.
