Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a customer-focused Financial Center Associate in Henderson, NV to serve as the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients to specialists. This in-office role emphasizes outbound follow-ups, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.

You will assist clients with self-service transactions, open/maintain accounts, and adhere to regulatory requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Previously held RM/ADP RM/CSA I or RMBOS role at Bank of America for at least six months.
• Strong work ethic with results focus and client interests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn new platforms and adapt to changing information.
• Notary commission needed within a few months or able to obtain.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and guidance.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Follow established processes and regulatory requirements in daily activities (account opening/maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping).
• Manage client interactions and determine best actions for clients and the bank.
