Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Customer Banking Associate to uncover personal and small business banking needs and connect clients with the right solutions. You will balance service requests with in-person and inbound call activities to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will proactively reach out to clients, follow up consistently, and handle a range of engagements while upholding regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a client-centric environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and changing circumstances
• Willingness to obtain a notary commission within state requirements (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products
• Respond to inquiries with customized solutions
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Refer clients to partners for licensed sales functions when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in day-to-day activities
• Provide guidance on simple self-service transactions and digital tools
• Collaborate with teams to deliver consumer and small business solutions
