• Opens and maintains retail deposit accounts.
• Reviews and approves consumer loan applications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves client concerns.
• Performs debit card and internet banking maintenance.
• Personalizes all client interactions.
• Assists clients via phone, email, and in-person.
