Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a mix of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital options.
• Provides a consistent, optimal client experience, greeting clients and handling basic transactions.
• Develops partnerships with branch colleagues and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, processes service requests, and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies.
