Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail financial services, strong communication, and a flair for consultative selling while representing the credit union professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in retail financial services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with consumer loans.
• Ability to represent the credit union to members and business partners in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply the Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
• Maintains high standards of documentation, security and confidentiality.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Focused on improving the financial lives of members by building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and recommending products and services.
• Open consumer and business accounts and loans, service existing accounts and loans, and handle financial transactions as needed.
• Advise and advocate for solutions using consultative selling to meet members’ best interests.
