Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience recommended.
• Able to attend a 5–7 day initial training; travel may be required; training costs covered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience at every interaction.
• Open, close, and service accounts; initiate wire transfers; assist with everyday inquiries.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and features.
• Balance cash drawers; process transactions with accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve customer issues and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support branch goals through relationship-building and proactive outreach.
