Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking normally required.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers in meaningful financial conversations.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office; comfort navigating banking systems and digital banking platforms.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby.
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward appropriate banking solutions.
• Process everyday transactions accurately and educate customers on features and tools.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with issues such as balance discrepancies and card-related concerns.
