Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert interactions into learning about customers' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Build and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions by prospecting and cross-selling home equity loans, lines of credit, personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Create sales opportunities and grow the customer base by applying product knowledge to source consumer lending opportunities through networking and conversations.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation in line with industry and legal standards.
• Challenge daily KPIs to meet personal goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
