Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell opportunities.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses for workplace banking, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation compliant with standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
