Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I in Georgia. Selected individuals complete a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification for the PB job family.

The role emphasizes consultative selling to meet financial needs and grow customer households. Primary duties include cross-selling, collaborating with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial teams, and processing teller transactions, all while maintaining

Competenze

• College degree or relevant transferrable experience or both.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell.
• Understanding of advanced math for financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank.

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Reach out to customers using approved Marketing tools and set reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals; protect confidentiality.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Ensure ethical behavior and risk awareness in all actions.
• Participate in opening/closing processes with Financial Center staff.
• Keep up to date on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
