Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a retail setting with customer interaction and product recommendations leading to sales.
• Reliable transportation and availability for branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell opportunities.
• Call leads, visit workplaces to offer workplace banking, and build referral networks.
• Meet daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn transaction handling, cash drawer management, and branch documentation per standards.
