Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a frontline associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service resources, and assist with transactions through mobile, online banking or ATM. You will accurately process cash transactions and develop conversations to connect clients with solutions meeting their financial goals.

The role may be located at various financial centers; training occurs at a center and relocation within a reasonable commuting distance may follow as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products is preferred.
• One year of proven sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience acceptable.

Responsibilities
