• Efficiently and accurately open new accounts per customer requirements.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks with regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Perform follow-up activities and outbound calls for members.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Expand and retain customer relationships.
• Provide high-quality service and escalate to leadership when appropriate.
