Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of bank products and services to guide customers.
• Open new accounts per customer requirements.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks with compliance.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Perform follow-up activities and outbound calls for members.
