Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to learn customers' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions.
• Grow the customer base through networking, conversations, and proactive sourcing.
• Learn banking processes and maintain accurate documentation per standards.
• Strive to meet daily KPIs while delivering unparalleled customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
