Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with bank products, online/mobile banking, cards, etc. preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate professional relationships with customers, using assessment tools to uncover needs and submit referrals.
• Utilize tools to maintain detailed notes of customer conversations and interactions.
• Facilitate and process account transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize errors and fraud.
• Provide backup and assistance to other retail banking locations as needed.
