Oxford Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to be the face of the branch, building lifelong relationships with consumer and business clients while delivering trusted financial guidance and product options.

You will handle teller transactions, open and service accounts, manage risk, and collaborate with branch partners to provide exceptional service and solutions tailored to each customer’s goals. This role emphasizes integrity, customer care, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2 years of banking experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a friendly positive attitude when serving customers.
• Build relationships with customers that go beyond one interaction.
• Open and close accounts and perform routine bank transactions.
