Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year experience interacting with people and delivering excellent service
• Knowledge of personal finance and budgeting beneficial
• Knowledge of bank products, online/mobile banking and cards preferred
• Retail customer service or sales experience is a plus
• NMLS license preferred for lending activities

Responsibilities

• Cultivate professional relationships with customers and identify banking needs
• Open and service deposit accounts
• Process account transactions accurately and securely
• Participate in team huddles and coaching conversations
• Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver excellent customer service
• Provide backup support to other retail banking roles and locations
• Uphold Bank's standards for exceptional customer service
