Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; connects them to specialists as needed.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by showing empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
