Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or related experience is required.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert every customer interaction into learning about financial goals and solutions.
• Individually creating and managing a loan pipeline with focus on home equity, auto loans, personal loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Creating sales opportunities by applying product knowledge in networking and customer conversations.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation per standards.
• Working to meet daily KPIs while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
