Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifies needs, and provides guidance on financial solutions.
• Engages with customers to complete needs assessments and promotes tailored retail banking and lending options.
