Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• U.S. only: This position may require mortgage licensing registration and a criminal background/credit history review.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments.
• Identify financial solutions and tailored banking options (everyday banking, lending, home financing, small business).
• Advise on digital/self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Build relationships by generating appointments and expanding the customer base in the community.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
