Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Credit/Banking professional to provide needs-based advice and guide customers through personal lending and everyday banking options in a collaborative branch setting.

You will assess customer needs, promote digital tools, and help grow the portfolio while ensuring compliance and risk standards. Prior banking experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Takes a proactive lead in engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty.
• Identifies needs and recommends tailored personal and small business financial solutions.
• Guides clients on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Supports transactions and builds relationships through branches and channels.
• Ensures compliant lending recommendations and risk framework adherence.
