Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engages customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels, recommending tailored solutions across sales and service needs (everyday banking, lending, home financing, small business).
• Offers guidance on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Supports customer transactions and processes.
• Builds new relationships within the community and collaborates with branch and market teams.
