You will open new accounts, discuss loan products, promote online banking, and handle teller duties including cash drawer balancing and vault duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or customer-facing sales preferred.
• Ability to assess customer financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services considered an asset.

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and proactive cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawer; operate teller equipment.
• Support CRA initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to bank policies and code of conduct.
