Job summary

NBT is seeking a Relationship Banking Associate in Pennsylvania to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure accurate processing of routine transactions. You will identify customer needs and refer opportunities to the right partners while supporting basic consumer account openings.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and have at least one year of banking or customer service experience, with a capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and a team-based culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and account servicing with high accuracy and efficiency, including teller transactions and daily vault balancing.
• Identify customer opportunities through conversations to assess needs and refer to appropriate business partners.
• Participate in community events supporting CRA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
