Qualifications

• 1 year of recent customer service and cash handling experience.
• 1 year teller / new account experience in a banking institution preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills; assist customers with financial transactions.
• Document deposits over Currency Transaction Reports and identify fraud.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones.
• Cross-sell bank products that fit customer needs; promote digital banking tools.
• Educate clients on online banking, mobile app, and self-service portals.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and technology platforms quickly.
