Job summary

You will collaborate with teammates to hit branch sales targets, address customer needs, and promote seamless experiences across channels. Weekend/evening shifts may apply in certain branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success.
• 6+ Months Santander experience related to the role.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers through transactions, servicing, and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships via branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team and partners to achieve branch goals and performance.
• Deliver elevated customer experiences with personalized, seamless service.
• Address concerns and resolve issues to foster loyalty.
• Engage customers using digital platforms and educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, on the phone, or digitally.
• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency; handle cash.
