Job summary

TD is seeking a banking professional in Boothwyn, PA to bring TD’s relationship-driven banking experience to life. You will engage clients to understand goals, deliver personalized solutions, and deepen relationships while upholding risk standards.

You will educate clients on TD products and digital tools, guide them through mortgage opportunities, and ensure accurate documentation with a client-first approach that supports long-term financial progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and improve client outcomes.
• Delivers personalized solutions and next best actions, connecting clients to appropriate products, services, or partners.
• Accounts for providing a welcoming, personalized client experience by actively engaging in meaningful discovery that builds trust.
• Applies sound judgment to balance client needs with risk and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate capture of client information and alignment to policies.
• Provides ongoing guidance on TD products, services, and digital capabilities to simplify everyday banking.

Education
