Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a client-facing associate to engage customers in the lobby and guide them through self-service options such as mobile, online, or ATM transactions. You will accurately process cash transactions and develop in-depth knowledge of clients' financial goals to connect them with suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or related credentials are listed as desirable in some roles but not required here.
• Sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual goals is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
