Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment.
• Experience with cash handling and teller operations preferred.
• Notary Public license expected within 12 months of hire and NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on branch and online channels.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans, cross-selling products as appropriate.
• Refer members to branch partners for financial services and real estate needs.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
