U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting face to face and assessing customers’ banking needs. You will open accounts, process basic transactions, and promote deposit and loan products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will educate clients on digital self-service tools, collaborate with branch teams, and ensure excellent service while maintaining compliance with NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS registration and comply with SAFÉ Act requirements.
• Ability to open consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.

Responsabilités

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Leverages available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and service quality.
