Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales or Branch Banking Operations.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with general banking operations and treasury management products.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities.
• Train clients on how to use bank products and provide troubleshooting with client’s software and integration.
• Support Operations Manager in account opening and closing (CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking and Money Market accounts).
• Use daily reports to monitor insufficient funds and non-posted transactions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate in a team structure to balance workload and achieve performance goals.
• Build trust and relationships with clients and the Sales Team to grow deposits.
