Job summary

CCB Community Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I/Teller in Opp, AL for a full-time position. This role provides front-line customer service, processes a variety of transactions, and identifies opportunities to deepen customer relationships through suitable product recommendations.

You will assist customers with online banking and Mobiliti, maintain accuracy and security, and uphold bank policies while delivering a friendly, professional banking experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; two year associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of banking experience and/or three years progressively related office experience.
• Effective communication skills; articulate and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and identify solutions to fulfill needs.
• Assist customers with online banking questions and setup.
• Profile and recommend suitable accounts and services to deepen relationships.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open, maintain, and close accounts in the BPM platform.
• Adhere to bank policies and protect customer information.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions.
