Qualifications

• Typically between 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed (not applicable to US postings).
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services or sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Advise on financial solutions including lending, investments and home financing.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
