Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or related field.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products (may apply for jurisdiction).
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience with retail investments and lending products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Performs needs assessments to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Advises on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and efficient.
• Makes credit recommendations for personal lending and home financing.
• Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and lending policies.
