Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking or teller experience or customer contact/cross-sell position preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account openings, management and other financial service needs.
• Provide timely and accurate handling of customer transactions and maintain records.
• Educate customers about INB's financial products and refer or sell suitable services.
• Participate in daily branch operations and sales/quality referral process as directed.
