Qualifications

• Proficient in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive engagement with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve options to streamline banking.
• Support customer transactions and service needs based on customer traffic.
• Build new relationships within the community and participate in branch teamwork.
