Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored banking products and channels.
• Support customer transactions and partner with branch and market teams to improve the customer experience.
