Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Registration to sell investment products (Canada) as applicable.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Evidence of collaborative, team-based work and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and guiding financial solutions.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions (retail, lending, investments).
• Promotes digital/self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Supports customer transactions and drives relationship growth within the community.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies and processes.
