Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.
• Leads in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Makes credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, per policy.
• Presents tailored solutions addressing both sales and service needs across banking channels.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and risk management framework.
