Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Strong literacy with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools
• Consultative sales/service experience with a drive to deliver personal customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and prospects to identify needs and grow loyalty
• Assess needs and recommend tailored financial solutions (banking, investments, lending)
• Advise on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking
