Niwot branch is seeking a customer-focused lending and sales professional at BMO Financial Group to deliver personalized financial guidance and solutions. You will engage customers, perform needs assessments, and collaborate with partners to support everyday banking, lending, and small business needs.

You will navigate regulatory requirements and risk management while contributing to community engagement and overall branch goals.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable or equivalent
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions
• Experience in retail financial services is an asset
• Experience with social media, tablets, and online tools
• Consultative customer service or sales background with focus on personal experience

Responsibilities

• Engages customers to assess needs and tailor financial solutions
• Delivers guidance on everyday banking, lending, and investments
• Represents the bank across branches and channels to meet business goals
• Supports customer transactions and inquiries with strong risk and regulatory compliance
• Builds relationships, generates appointments, and expands the customer base
