Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree desirable or an equivalent combination.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a focus on personalized service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with customers to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and recommends tailored financial solutions.
• Advises on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Supports customer transactions and processes lending applications.
