Manasquan Bank in Howell Township, NJ is seeking a friendly Teller to provide personalized banking services, open accounts, and process routine transactions while ensuring accuracy and security. You will assess customer needs and advise suitable bank products, aiming to expand satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 2–3 years in customer service (banking preferred), plus strong math, communication, and sales aptitude.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in direct customer service, preferably in banking.
• Sales experience in a banking environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts per policies.
• Provide personalized banking services to current and prospective customers.
• Resolve customer issues to support satisfaction and retention.
• Perform teller transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain vault cash and assist with armored courier procedures.
• Process wire transfers and reconcile daily transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures and privacy policies.
